How long does my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our workshop here in the U.K.

All UK orders sent Royal Mail RM24 or RM48. with Tracking. Please allow 1-4 days for shipping. Upgrade option to Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day is available at checkout.

Small low cost items are shipped Internationally at our cheapest shipping option that does NOT include tracking. For those who wish
to keep an eye on their order through the shipping process, can upgrade at checkout to include Tracking.

EUROPE/ EU - please purchase your order through our Etsy shop.

USA / CANADA please allow 7-15 days for shipping.

ROW please allow 7-10 days for shipping.

 

Can I expedite delivery?

For the UK ONLY, we can offer Special Delivery Guaranteed next day by 1pm. This is subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions.
Any postal upgrades can be purchased during the check out process.

For International orders we use Royal Mail standard shipping with option to upgrade at checkout.
Faster shipping options to destinations outside the U.K. is expensive. But please message us for more info as we can offer alternative faster couriers via DHL or DPD. Prices vary for each destination.

Please allow for the processing time before we ship orders as all our hats are handmade to order. Many of which are personalised.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, provided we haven't already shipped it or it’s not a custom made item requested. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been sent.

 

Can I return my order for a refund?

If an item arrives damaged or sent in error this will be corrected immediately. Please provide us with photos of damaged item.

Please contact us if there are any problems with your order. We will look into each case and try to remedy any issues where possible.

It is the buyers responsibility to check sizes stated in listings. All items are handmade, so slight variations from photos may occur.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

 

Where's my order?

Sometimes things can go wrong and shipping can be delayed within the Postal Services, Customs or Security Services, of which we have no control. Other delays can occur at busy times, especially around Christmas period.

Please contact us if you are worried about a lost package. We do everything possible to make sure items are packaged and addressed correctly.

For lost items, we will consider each case and will consult with our couriers. This applies to any worldwide destination including U.K. domestic.

Buyer pays for any return shipping in all cases.

 

Is there tracking available on my order?

All U.K. domestic orders shipped are sent with tracking.

For U.K. buyers only, there are options at checkout to purchase Special Delivery (tracked and signed - next day) subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions. On occasion during any postal disputes, we may use an alternative courier such as EVRi, DHL or DPD.

International low cost orders are sent WITHOUT Tracking as default to keep shipping prices down for our buyers. However we do offer shipping alternatives with Tracking, at checkout for those who would like to keep an eye on their orders through the shipping process.

 

Will I be charged Customs and Import taxes

All orders are shipped from the U.K.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Customs / import charges and fees may be payable on items/goods entering a destination country from the UK. These charges depend on the contents’ value. The recipient will need to pay these as the parcel won’t be released until payment has been received.

The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods as levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

 

Which courier do you use for shipping

In almost all cases we use Royal Mail for both Domestic (U.K.) and International shipping. Although we ship your orders in the U.K. with tracking, for International buyers, we ship low cost orders without tracking but with option to upgrade at checkout.

We use a printed shipping label service and our parcels are collected by the postal services with pre-paid labels and with Customs labels CN22/23 where required.

In cases where there are industrial disputes or other issues in postal services resulting in delays, we will use alternative couriers such as EVRi, DPD or DHL.
